When you receive an option for an appointment, there’s a person behind it (a doctor) who’s read your request and is willing to assist you.

You won’t be able to message your doctor with follow-up questions. You will have to make a new request

You will not be able to use your prepaid payment to pay for the consultation. But the rates are so affordable that it won’t be necessary. This platform is designed to allow people to choose and pay an affordable price out of pocket, eliminating the need for insurance.
