Instead of visiting a clinic or hospital, users can receive medical advice, treatment plans, digital prescriptions, and medical certificates from the comfort of their accommodation — all in English or Spanish, and usually within 15 minutes. The service is fast, private, and available 24/7 in cities like Madrid, Barcelona, Mendoza, and more.

Click on “New request” and fill out the form with your personal details and symptoms. Once submitted, you’ll be directed to a virtual waiting room. A doctor will join shortly and start the consultation. Payment is made securely during the video call.

Each consultation has a flat rate of $30, which includes the video call with the doctor and a medical prescription if needed. Payment is made securely during the consultation using a credit or debit card via Revolut. No hidden fees—just one simple price.

Yes, whenever you submit your request it is instantly received by the doctors active at that time. There’s always someone on the other side who’s ready to see you. When you receive an option for an appointment, there’s a person behind it (a doctor) who’s read your request and is willing to assist you.

Prepaid insurance plans cannot be used to pay directly for the consultation. However, our rates are affordable enough to pay out of pocket. After the consultation, you can request an invoice to submit to your travel insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
