Instead of visiting a clinic, you receive medical advice, treatment plans, digital prescriptions, and medical certificates from your accommodation β in English or Spanish, usually within 15 minutes. How does the consultation work step by step?+Click “New consultation” and fill out the form with your details and symptoms. A doctor reviews it, accepts, and sends you a secure payment link (β¬30). You then receive a video call link. The whole process from form to consultation takes under 15 minutes. What are the costs?+Each consultation has a flat rate of β¬30, which includes the video call with the doctor and a medical prescription if needed. Payment is made securely by credit or debit card via Revolut. No hidden fees β just one simple price. Are there physicians available on weekends and holidays?+Yes β whenever you submit your request it is instantly received by the doctors active at that time. There’s always someone on the other side who’s ready to see you. When you receive an appointment option, there is a real doctor who has read your request and is willing to assist you. Can I use my prepaid card or travel insurance to pay?+Prepaid insurance plans cannot be used to pay directly. However, our rates are affordable enough to pay out of pocket. After the consultation, you can request an invoice to submit to your travel insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Is this service for life-threatening conditions?+No. TravelDoctores does not operate as an emergency service. If you are in a life-threatening situation, please contact local emergency services immediately. Our service is for non-emergency travel health concerns.
